Is the free plan actually free, or is it a trial?▾
It's free for as long as you use it — one trading account, unlimited manual entries, MT4/MT5/cTrader import, and the full prop calculator with 39+ firm presets. No card required, no expiry.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?▾
Your trade history is never deleted when you downgrade. If you go from Trader back to Starter, accounts beyond the first become read-only until you upgrade again — nothing is lost.
Which brokers and platforms can I import from?▾
MT4, MT5, and cTrader exports are supported on every plan. Tradovate and NinjaTrader exports are available on Trader and Mentor/Team plans. We auto-detect the format — just drop the file in.
How does the Monte Carlo simulation work?▾
It pulls your real win rate and average R-multiple from your synced trades (or lets you enter them manually), then simulates thousands of randomized trade sequences against your firm's actual rules to estimate your pass probability, average drawdown, and trades-to-target.
Can I run a private leaderboard for my trading group?▾
Yes — on the Trader plan you can create one private room with a shareable join code. Mentor/Team plans get unlimited rooms plus cohort-wide consistency reporting across all members.
Is there a refund policy?▾
Yes. If Trader or Mentor/Team isn't right for you within the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund the charge — no forms, no retention calls.
