Broker statements (recommended): export your trade history directly from MT4, MT5, cTrader, or TradingView/Tradovate and upload the file as-is. Pick the matching format from the dropdown (or leave on "Auto-detect"), and we'll parse it the same way as the live Trades import — entry/exit prices, direction, P&L, and dates are extracted automatically.

• MT4: Terminal → Account History → right-click → Save as Report (.csv/.htm)
• MT5: Toolbox → History → right-click → Save as Report (.csv/.htm)
• cTrader: History tab → Statement → Save (.csv or .htm)
• TradingView / Tradovate: export your trades/orders report as CSV

Generic CSV: if you've built your own spreadsheet, select "Generic CSV" and use a header row with these columns (case-insensitive, spaces/underscores ignored):

Direction values like "buy"/"long"/"1" are treated as long; "sell"/"short"/"-1" as short. Dates can be any format JavaScript can parse (e.g. 2025-01-15 or 01/15/2025 09:30).
